It would be cool to have a way to increase or decrease the song speed of the bard to make this class more Skill Caped. Mage DPS is limited by … lets call it “writing skills”, why not give bards a chance to spam to as long as u are able to play the nodes in time.
There is a talent already that increases speed by 10%.

There’s currently no penalty for playing the wrong note. You could literally just run your mallets across the instrument and be awarded the same as somebody who only hits the proper notes.

Currently? for how long is it broken 
I notified the devs that Upbeat was not functioning in April. Instruments of Protection and Defense passive don’t work in PvE. Defense crescendo does nothing. Instruments of Protection and Defense will cause you to take extra damage in PvP. Instrument of Inspiration crescendo doesn’t work on your own ultimate. Bard ultimate has a 5 minute cooldown that isn’t explained. Instrument of Justice gives sickness stacks against enemy players.
Bard is broken.
