Did not recieve cape form Guardian Bart

Did not recive the cape from Guardian Bart after killing the stag and turning in quest. Character name is Shazrah. It is not on my character or in my inventory Have tried relogging… Please help!

You don’t receive the cape until after the festival. I believe Guardian Bart indicates that you should return to him once the festival preparations are complete to receive your cape in his dialogue.
