Dram Cap Increase Over Level Perk

One of the overlevel perks coming up was to:
Dram cap increase: From 5 to 6 million (available in tiers of 200K increments)

Rickness asked:
Can we get it changed to

Dram cap increase: From 5 to 10 million (available in tiers of 1 million increments)

I’m in favor of his recommendation, or at least 500k increments. The vast majority of players will never need this perk, and those of us who do use it are going to need more than just a 1 mil increase. It doesn’t justify 75 over level points.
