Can scoundrels and mages throw their wands/pistols to run away from anybody too?

With the hammer throw exploit you can move almost as fast as a speed pot…
And remember you can always put one pistol back behind your back to throw a card; the way of the bars mallets.
I want 2 sets of bard drumsticks. 2 in my hands, 2 duct tape to my feet.
