Emmanuel Katto Dubai : Can the Quest run Orbus when connected with a link cable?

Hi, I’m Emmanuel Katto from Dubai, United Arab emirates (UAE), Is it possible to play OrbusVR on the Quest with a link cable, or do I need to get it on Steam separately?

It will work either way. Or stand alone quests.
