Hello,
I have Rift and when I tried to start the game an error message showed up saying: “We were unable to successfully authenticate your store account with our game servers. Please try closing and re-opening the program.” so I tried re-opening and it doesn’t work. Please help.
Are you starting the game via Steam?
If so can you send your output log located here to me at riley@orbusvr.com
(Steam Library)/steamapps/common/OrbusVR/vrclient_Data/output_log.txt
