Several times I have completed missions and have not received credit. This has occurred at Gate Defense multiple times. Earlier today the same phenomenon occurred at Flying Fish.
The event ends and there is no notification I have received xp or dram The event just ends.
Its only a visual glitch. You are still getting your rewards. But you won’t see it until you switch zones, restart game, relog, or for your chests move an item around your inventory. Basically triggering that data to re-load. You know, it is just an ordinary de-sync xD
