Experiencing audio issues

I cannot hear anyone unless we are in the same party. It seems as if I am stuck in party chat as I can hear and communicate with those in my party without having to use the player journal turned upside down. Players outside of my party cannot seem to hear me, others seem to be experiencing the same thing, please advise.

This usually happens when their audio provider Vivox goes down. Vivox is the voip servers orbus use
