Fireworks 2/ Pushback 2

Hello.
I wanted to find out if anyone know how to cast Fireworks 2?
On the wiki it says that you can spell higher level of the spell to get more spectacular effects.
Sadly not a single person in the game I asked knew how to do it.
Is this spell available in the game at all?

And an extra question:
Any of you successfully casted Pushback 2 spell?
Again - I couldn’t find any person who possibly could do that.
Tips?

Fireworks 2, have not heard of a rune for it yet
Pushback 2, I have been able to cast it, but haven’t practiced it enough to be consistent
Keep practicing :blush:
