This is happening to me constantly. A full 3/4 of my deaths are due to this and its to the point where I’m dying to yellow diamond mobs sometimes. My network latency itself is decent and rarely goes above 50 ms (usually 30-45). The game stutters, my spells freeze in flight, and 3 seconds later i’m hit twice and about to die.
