I killed the man in green in the desert, quest completed. Can’t find the guy to turn in anywhere. (I know I got the quest in the rainforest, think I was L12 at the time.) I saw an older thread that implied I need to be 16 to turn in, is that the case? If I hit 16 will the quest give magically show up again?
