So, a guild member of mine didn’t realize he had full inventory when turning in the last anniversary quest, and subsequently didn’t receive the Angel Rupert pet. Who can I tell him to report this to so he can get the pet?

If they sent in a bug report it should be in the delivery chest of the auction room in the player house already
