I got a lifesteal weapon and can say it honestly really feels underwhelming to say the least from a warriors perspective. I know the last patch made it a small percentage I assume that’s 5% and if I understand correctly it gives you your damage back as hp.
For a tank it becomes kind of useless then because we barely do any damage with the big shield. I can’t say that the small shield makes a big difference either I barely see any effect in my health when I’m soloing either. I tried hitting the desert healing mobs for a good 7 minutes and my hp only went down… it didn’t go up once.
I can understand that the per hit mechanic was kind of favoring the warrior but the mechanic we have in place here really makes it kind of a useless stat for a tank or a fighter. I know that there are more useless stats for classes but this one really seemed nice and cut out for a tank which it is not at all especially with the last change.
i’d like to know how much hp it gave back per hit pre nerf cause if I do the math now with an avg hit of 100dmg heal back as a warrior in tank mode at 5% that would mean it would give given back 5hp per hit as of now. in the patch note it says that it should give back more health now then before. i think the average lvl 20 warrior has like10k+hp that kinda would explain why the lifesteal effect didn’t even move the health bar a single mm in 7 minutes of fighting a mob.
