I may be a little frustrated
If anyone has time and would like to help me.
Edit to add the swirl thing in the beginning is just me checking for frame drops.

Waiting to video to finish uploading. How are your cast on Frostbolt 2 using P method, can you get perfect cast 2/5 times?
I think what may help you is slanting the 3-D line less, making it more horizontal.
Thanks so much for the reply!
From your vid it looks like my 3rd line is angled out too much. Ill try that.
I get perfect cast for frost 2 using the p most of the time
Your P is quite different in the first video. Is this because you are drawing it slow there? It seems like the last part of the P you draw in the first video goes down way too much. Which you are not doing in your second video. You are also making the P alot bigger while practicing frost 3.
It is very different. Im going to start trying to cast 3 a bit faster and more like my 2. 2 is so just automatic now.
I’m not a frost 3 expert per say but it helps me to turn the controller sideways when creating the 3d line. Also be cognizant of how you have you have your head tilted when you do cast it right, as head tilt can make quite a bit of difference with that spell.
Much better now! I’ve got the shape and just need to practice it. Thanks guys
I can immediately see the biggest problem. Your intersecting line is too short, start it farther backwards(towards you & your left) and end it farther. Play with the size of each end a bit, but definitely needs to be longer. There is a sweet spot your line needs to end. Smaller Frost 2 bases require fine control of the intersecting line. Larger Frost 2 bases seem to be more forgiving. So it is better to learn Frost 3 using medium to slightly larger than smaller sized Frost 2’s.
Secondly you need to slant it downward less, in cases where you are slanting wayyy too much.
Thirdly, consider trying to play with the angle of the intersecting line by angling it more towards the right. It should still look like it’s penetrating straight through however.
Look at the length of the line of your successful casts, and compare it to your failed casts. You’ll see the noticeable difference of the length. Then look at your failed casts that are extremely angled, and compare them to your successful casts. Frost 3 can be cast with a straight line btw, helps to focus on trying to keep it straight (even if the result isn’t).
The shape of the frost 2 for casting frost 3 is nearly meaningless. Draw any basic Frost 2 and focus only only on the penetrating line. Frost 3 can be cast with an oval. It helps somewhat to keep the Frost 2 “2d”, but in reality it doesn’t need to be.
Also have this,
