Is it possible to upgrade to more inventory weight?

I see in the inventory that there are 5 available inventory pages, but the weight limit is 45. Is there any way to expand your weight limit?

It is an over level perk in the library in your house.

Ah for level 30. Okay, thanks i will get to level 30 soon and do that:)

if I were you I would put your overlevel points into luck before weight

I personally chose to do Cauldron Speed before luck…
But, it is a really good idea to read them all and consider how you play before choosing what to spend your perk points on. The amount of points necessary to upgrade perks in each of the lines goes up!!

I maxed out luck, mount speed and store discount before increasing inventory max weight. In the interim I took to keeping a packmule potion in my inventory. So when I become slightly over weight I can drink the potion and make my way back to my house and dump stuff off.
