Item stuck in auction chest

Hi @Mathieu_D how are you ?
I have an issue with my auction chest, some of the things in are stuck, I can’t cancel them or even get then after the regular “time out”, can you help please I’m XariusDraco in game.

Hi, we’re aware of this issue and we’ll write down your name, but this is a relatively recent one that we’re not sure what it is caused by right now, so we’ll have to investigate deeper when we get a chance to be able to fix it for you. We apologize for the inconvenience.

No inconvenience, its still the game I play the most since more than a year, and it will not change for a little chest issue :slight_smile:
