Idea!
Similar to J is for Jester, which turns your light spell pink, F is for Frog, which would turn your poly morph chicken into a frog, kind of like that other class does. Thoughts?

You mean Jester Balls? Everyone gets them from the group outside mines though… and there is already polymorph to frogs, a shaman totems does that. So it likely would be easy to implement with a green ‘ball’ for mages also. However it is just a gimmick and it takes up a slot where many want to put in luck or health potions rather.
I know, I mentioned that The other class could do that. (Like I said at the top, “kind of like that other class does”). It would be interesting if you could also do it with runemage.”

I like the idea of spell transmogrify and changing active spell effects.
But yes the J Ball specifically was designed by a player as a kickstarter reward and thats why we have access to it in game =)
I would like to see more Balls in the Future … of All Colors.
