i just purchased the game through the oculus store and every time i load i get a menu looking at 3 options, i have tried all of them. and it always says failed to authenticate store account to our servers, how do i fix this??!?
is it on a quest? if so some people had to factory reset the quest due to some sort of oculus issue.
Hi, like Frank said are you on Oculus Quest? That would be the cause of the issue. Unfortunately it’s nothing we can do on our side. But if you’re using another headset, let us know and we will investigate and see what’s going on. Thanks.

Okay, could you go to your file explorer and paste %userprofile%\appdata\locallow\Orbus Online, LLC\OrbusVR directly into the file explorer it will take you to a folder with a file called output_log.txt , can you send that to [email protected] ? It should tell us what is causing the problem and let us figure it out for you.
