Just finished the story quest now I have all these quests

Just finished the main quest now I have all these side quests help the 3 grim reapers, find the square stones, etc. Where do i find the grim reapers and are the stones located randomly throughout the areas.

Ask on the Well of Urd discord. Those guys know there stuff. Look in New Kingsport for the Grim Reaper guy.
