I was a backer during the kickstart but my emails were bouncing so I never received my copy of Orbus. What do I need to do to receive my copy of the game and my kickstarter bonuses?

To redeem the bonuses there will be an npc in the starting town named “Backer Rewards”, just talk to him.
When I go to https://orbusvr.com/account it does not say I own the game. I did however back the game on kickstarter, I think I fell through the cracks at some point because of my emails bouncing.
