You know legendary wand or legendary bard weapon looks ugly ( just my opinion )
but imagine if you could change it with a item called " shiny stone "
that makes legendary items shiny. It would be a rare loot you can get from +5 dungeons.
its tradeable and much money worth. Not stupid rare as Wings but rare enough to keep having goals on higher level while there is no higher shards.

maybe more shiny stones make the weapon more shiny?

Arcane mount inspired weapons and armor would be very cool. Maybe would go well with the whole portal-story in MSQ.
