I know the devs where planing on making items exclusive for year/season but to be honest, why redo the work and not just build on the ready made quest? those that did it can continue where they last stopped, with a slight build on, and those that just joined get to do the “seasonal event”.
Its a lot better then not having anything happen because of lack of time/ manpower/ other things happening
