Luck potion recipe

Can anyone tell me where to find the Luck potion recipe? I have the 10x recipe but not the normal one.

Also, can anyone tell me if the 10x recipe generates 10 potions or is it one potion 10x strength?

10x gives you 10 luck potions, there’s not much point in making single luck pots, but the recipe is here:
