Make Combat Sprint and Auto Run disabled by default

Please make the Auto Run and Combat Sprint options disabled by default.

Especially Combat Sprint is extremely detrimental if you trigger it on accident, as it drains your stamina extremely quickly and you might not be able to dodge attacks. I have seen a lot of new players being confused/frustrated by the fact that they suddenly have no stamina, or that their character won’t stop moving, most likely because they never scrolled that far down in the locomotion settings and didn’t know that it was a thing.

Not asking to remove it, just it to be an opt-in thing to cut down on confusion

If you have to enable it first, you know what’s happening when you suddenly have no stamina.
