this bug has been in all this beta, after about 3 msg you start to have the background move in front of the messages, the other issue is that the gear manager menu if you select other page numbers also moves the UI around this was a bug in old orbus as well. the first one is a fairly important bug that needs fixing the second bug feels less important.
Do you mean the notifications that pop up along your vision? Or the text chat log at the top? Or?
its the background image on the messages on the text chat log
but the more messages you have the further forward it gets covering the mesges

Yeah having a lot of individual PM will break the whole icons drastically.
