Im pretty sure Hidden Threat isnt a questline. It is a repeating achievement, which marks how many mimics you have killed. I believe hidden threat 3 means you have killed 100 mimics, but you would have to double check that in the ingame achievements page. I couldn’t confirm if you can buy it from the achievement vendor after you get the achievement, however.

The pet is not tradeable either
It takes 250 mimic dram dupe kills to earn the hidden threat 3 achievement, then its possible to buy the cape from the achievement vendor, otherwise its just a rare drop from the dram dupe IF your lucky enough.
I have two of them. It would be nice, since you can get it from a vendor, if you could sell or give it to someone.

I got a pet, shoulders, a cape, and a head on the same day. Good luck

I have got the pet twice, it’s a real shame I could not give the second one to one of my level 30 friends. All I need now is a cape Andi will have all the mimic drops.
