I signed up before the game was released and I believe I was supposed to have an ingame item such as a pet, which I had to start and now its missing. How do I go about getting those pre-order items?
The Dragon pet that was in during Beta was a reward exclusive to the Kickstarter backers. It was available to everyone in the Beta for testing purposes. You can get a Dragon pet now by doing a quest for Sicilus around Level 10.
I assume you got your other Founder perks such as the Confetti Gun and the Founder Cape. If not, just talk to the “Backer Rewards” vendor across from your house in Highsteppe.
