I don’t think the other classes need a direct analog, doesn’t make sense for them (and I say this as a warrior). Give mages multi-casting rituals, sounds awesome then give other classes their own cool shit which is entirely different. There’s no reason to not add an awesome thing just because it won’t be added to every class 
Some ideas for other classes could include:
Unique class questlines, rangers tracking rare enemies, rangers being able to tame pets, warrior dual-wielding, musketeer getting cool gadgets etc. there’s plenty of cool stuff that could be added to them, doesn’t have to include multi player rituals

On the topic of having other classes involved in this we could have a multi mage buff spell were it make a aoe buff spell for a specific class or damaged buff in general and lasts for about 10 20 minutes
+1 to the idea of having a “hotspot” of some kind to be able to create portals where you are. However maybe make the cost more as it could be abused to get low levels into dungeons etc (Maybe a level cap)?
