The world bosses will continue to be killed, repeatedly, for some time yet as they have the best rings in the game atm. As well as being great fun for large groups 
To survive a WB, I would suggest:
Elongata, be level 14+
Sanyael, be level 20
Although if you don’t care about surviving the fight…

I think it’s possible to survive Sanyael from lvl 18-19 as well
It definitly is, I had two level 18th right in front of me and my personal goal been that these must not die least if not everyone wipes, that is) …
