Hi everyone, in Tuesday’s update going live around 11AM CST, we’re bringing back the Spring Festival, along with a new glove and cape reward. You will also be able to earn the other pieces of the transmog set from past years and a mount.
Additionally, one of the things that we’ve started to work on for this year is fleshing out the overworld zones with more NPCs and details to make it more lived-in. As part of that, you’ll find 6 new NPCs outside Highsteppe and in Lamavora, as well as the Tavern. We’ll leave them as a surprise as some may be well hidden.

- Spring festival environments and quests, as well as an achievement - Pick up the quest outside the Highsteppe gates
- New cape and glove transmog available
- Removal of the anniversary content
- Fixed around a dozen lore books in the world and player house - if you still find a lore book that has dialog cut off or missing, let us know
- Added two new lore books in the Rainforest, containing songs about Nodenghast
- Added a total of 6 new NPCs between Lamavora, outside Highsteppe, and in the Tavern
- There is now a decurse spell pillar in Highsteppe granting the journal page from rubbing it
- The new Rock world boss is now tracked in the player journal
- Unfortunately, when it was initially created, it was mistakenly using the ID of an original orbus world boss (the essassa one), so players that have killed that one years ago will see an inaccurate count for the new boss kills - we’re sorry for the inconvenience.
