Currently you can’t and you get one every time you speak to the rewards vendor. I have not picked up the anniversary cape or cake yet because I don’t want another sparke gun taking up space in my inventory.

I believe the rewards npc only gives you one extra copy, so once you receive that one you shouldn’t get any more.
