Hey, @Erik_H1 you may need to try a factory reset. That seems to solve the issue for some people in the past.

Aurhentication Error

Hi, Bought the game yesterday and haven’t been able to log in. I keep getting an authentication error, asking me to restart the game. I already uninstalled 3 times and no go. I’m on the quest. Thanks!
