Question about artificing

At what leve can we begin this profession? I kind of don’t want to lvl more before EA so I don’t burn out and so i have some things to look forward to discovering. Can I try it at lvl 12 in beta? I have a boat load of minor and greater shards.

how do you apply the “tilesets” and can you apply tilesets on low lvl gear? might be cool to enchant noobies’ gear so they have a slight edge lvling up

Yes you can do it at any level and it can be applied at any level, the Runesight potion and its recipe is a quest reward from the Kid Brother questline (about half way through the Main Story Quest) shortly after “The Trials” questline.
