Two questions:
1: For musketeer the level 20 talent on the right talks about cure greater wounds orb; does this orb exist?
2: Ive heard that you get more xp for your characters if they are lower level then your highest level: is this true?
1: That is a typo. It should be the Cure Wounds orb. I will correct it.
2: You will receive a 30% experience boost on classes below your highest class on that character. I do not believe that this 30% boost applies to the classes of an alternate character.

Not sure about the wording, but I’m guessing it’s referring to Cure Wounds
And yes, you get a 30% xp bonus on your lower level specs
