Does the camera work for quest members at all yet?
This gives a real PvP advantage to non-quest users as well.
No the camera works literally no-where where you can PvP @ocuLUST . Not with quest, not with PC. Also it works almost no-where where you can not PvP either. Very annoying. Just for people to be afraid of having a minor exploit on a very low valued PvP market in this game.

I think it’s pretty stupid that it can’t be used in PvP because of it giving a theoretical advantage, you have more of an advantage by just playing on PCVR over quest than you ever would from owning and using this item, I very much doubt that this so called advantage out weighs the usefulness of its potential for video and media creation it could bring by letting players use it while having PvP enabled

It really wouldn’t give an advantage either, other people can see the camera and it always faces you, so it’s not like you can place it in the air and look out over a hill, it’ll just look down at you and you’ll reveal your position to anyone above the hill putting you at a disadvantage.
Only slight advantage would be to get a birds eye view while fighting, but pvp encounters in orbus are so short anyway that it really wouldn’t matter and it would probably be more distracting than anything.

It’s never going to work for quest players, it only changes the orbus window on your desktop, it doesn’t actually do anything in-game. It’s more of a tool for streaming or creating content videos.

Ok cool I wasn’t even sure how it worked. I thought it was possibly like a drone in CoD or something where you could fly it around in a certain area and then bring it back. And yes quest players can’t see if it’s out or not… kinda sucks but we can’t see anything like that, no items on the waist, no mounts that people are using and a lot of the times you cant even see the Palidin hammer. That’s the worst bc if you’re in a battle versus a Pali you have know idea when he is swinging or if you can Dodge and u can’t see the shield either so you don’t know if you are waisting your power shots for no reason… it can be extremely annoying
