Have the opportunity to get pet monsters after you beat 5 of one kind. You get a miniturized version of that monster as a pet. You complete a quest for silcius at the zoo and she or he gives you one of the ones from the zoo as a pet. Would that be hard, to shrink them down. I think that will make the game more interesting for people to come and play it.
I like this idea but instead just make it an extremely rare drop from certain bosses.
I love the idea of collecting pets, but I think it should be harder than killing 5 of one kind. If more pets are introduced, I would like to see less or no hitbox on them. They become quite the pain if one sits on a turret when a musketeer needs to be able to shoot said turret.
