Hey i just installed orbus vr and tryed to play after not playing for about a year and when i went to play it gave me this error message “We were unable to successfully authenticate your store account with our game servers. Please try closing and re-opening the program.”I really want to get back into this but it is not allowing me to log in or even see my charecter that i had before please help!
Can you give more details on what headset you are running, what store you have your account on ect?
If you have the game on steam, you need to have steam (Not SteamVR) open even if you launch from the oculus store.
i an using the htc vive and i have the game installed on steam
Hi, please send your output_log.txt file to riley@orbusvr.com and we can take a look at what’s going on.
You can find it at Steam\steamapps\common\OrbusVR\vrclient_Data\output_log.txt or at C:\Program Files\Oculus\Software\Software\orbus-online-llc-orbusvr\vrclient_Data\output_log.txt
oh i see that make sense it is working now thats all i need to do was open up steam and not just steam vr it seems to be working now thank you very much guys!
