I think that the rune mage should have a special ability where it draws a three-dimensional rune that takes a lot of time bit is a super powerful aoe
They used to, arcane blast. Got nerfed, but was probably the strongest spell in the game.
nah, arcane blast on it’s own hasn’t been nerfed(other than the size), it was the true affliction talent that got nerfed into the ground.
also it was quick to draw, didn’t take long at all once you were good at it.
ok, I think it would still be cool to have soething like that but make it take a super long time to draw
As it is now, it would barely be used in endgame content
I mean all mage is is just affliction 2, fire, and sometimes frost
