Rupert’s Bday is about two weeks away. At midnight on the night of December 06 you will have the opportunity to enter the Broken Halls and pray to Rupert. You need to enter at midnight in your time zone.
Make sure you don’t show up empty handed. If for whatever reason Rupert does not manifest, you can leave your gift by the dragon race board.
