Sheathed weapon unsheathed bug

When I sheath my weapons I am unable to talk to npcs.

I have tried reseting, restarting, switching weapons in inventory and even dying to try and fix it but no luck.

This has made me unable to talk to bart as he says my weapons are unsheathed when Im trying to wave at him.

I made a new char and it started off with same problem.

Unable to play until I find a way to fix it.

When bow is equipped and sheathed there is no trap on my chest but my arcane and poison arrows show on my legs even though I dont have a bow or an arrow unsheathed and my hands are empty.

What part of the tutorial were you doing when you ran into the problem? did you already have a quest from Bart that needed completed before he would speak with you again?

I was at the bit to give him the king stag meat but he just spams message that I need to sheath weapon when I wave at him and I have multiple stag meat in backpack.
