Suggesting Mass brew

I think it would be cool and helpful if we could do mass brews over just 1 by 1, so we would put in mats for like 10 pots at one time in a bigger brew or something and be able to pull out 10 potions.
Making potions one by one can suck real bad when your making 20,50 or more.

Yeah, but given the way brewing is currently a manual craft. How do you tell the system you’re making multiples of one recipes vs just messing up the recipe entirely by throwing in extra ingredients it doesn’t need?

While making a bunch of potions right now is rather inconvenient- the fact that it takes awhile to make them and requires you to stay focused while doing so sure does add extra value to them.

Id say 10 of the same types not multiples types.

I think a mass brewer would be awsom but maby instead of using the same game mechanic we could have a new auto brewer that we place the mats and one of the potion we want in and it creates the rest of them for us over time wile were off line or are out farming

True but… at some point it has to give.

Maybe make it so that the auto Brew potions can’t be aged or just make them less effective

I would say make them use 1.3x more mats total more for the batch or even 1.5x more, I dont think making the pots less effective, not ageing or being able to sold would be good, so more mat cost for less time would prob be the best downside with out it killing it.

I like this. That cauldron is definitely big enough to hold more than one bottle worth of a potion! I have an idea on how it could work, too:

What if items could be picked up from the table with one hand (right) and placed in the other hand (left) to form a “stack” of that item? You would then drop that stack in, and start the next stack for the next step. You’d still have to count each item, making sure to scale the amounts properly, so it doesn’t detract from the skill/process.

ya the stacking in the left hand would work well, and like you said would not take away from the skill.

Piggy-backing on this, I’d enjoy a temperature dial or something like that on the cauldron. Basically, you could turn up the heat to speed up the timer for temperature changes. High temperatures would be more difficult, but it would accomplish a bit in making things in bulk. It would also let you pick a faster (or slower) pace based on your preferences.
