I’m not entirely certain how this improves DPS for warrior classes, but I’m sure the devs have a plan.
Weirdly, this might be the first festival I’ll actually attend.

The cape looks real cute. Also excited to finish up the cigar merchant storyline. 
I am probably the biggest Cigar Merchant fan in the entire game, super excited to see how it ends.
However, I hope that this is not the last of the lore quests we see!
