Switch Bestiary II and Bestiary III quest lines

Bestiary II has you killing elite mobs in the jungle (~level 12 content).

Besitary III has you going back to the level 8 first dungeon.

Ideally these should be switched so that bestiary II is the level 8 dungeon quest and besitary III is the jungle elites.
