I’ll be the one to post this. Tradu Crypt should not be a shard dungeon. The fights in this instance are by far some of the most tricky and time consuming in the game. Even if you manage to execute them perfectly there is a high chance you wouldn’t make the timer.
On top of that there is soul keeper. The most difficult boss in the game. At decent tier shards there is a high chance he one shots team members on his first attack even with a shield. People are avoiding this shard like the plague. When you roll into a crypt it just gets broken down into the next 2 tiers down which takes 30min afk to do.
I’m not sure that crypt can be brought into balance with the other shards. Honestly it’s probably a better decision to just remove it from the shard dungeon pool similar to aggressive.
Side note if it’s decided to keep crypt can we at least get a concede button on the shard pedastal to get your shard back right away? Otherwise downgrading a shard takes 30m and if you crash that shard is gone.
Yeah, removing Crypt from the list would be a great improvement to the current state of shards. EK got 6 crypt dungeons yesterday and no one was really happy about it. Ended up wasting alot of our time and the troops where not really happy in the end.
Agreed, when you get too many Tradu Crypt shards in one day and waste many hours it just become frustrating. When you get this shard, it’s just a “game over”.
I would like it to be removed until they have time to fix it. Better that than nothing. It was frustrating yesterday when we all reserved a day to try and rush the shards and we ended up being stuck between T4-T7 and only getting crypt from everything.
So yeah, since we all know Riley probably don’t have lot’s of time to balance everything perfectly with all the content he is pushing atm, I think removing till fix is the best option.
I personally didn’t think Dino is that hard just so im not confused the farthest boss in jungle & Squiddy can be a little difficult at high level but potion keeper is easy
so no matter the mutation crypt has never been doable
Dino has been pretty easy as well, not as easy as per say the plant boss in rain forest, but still not to bad
the only dungeon that has really changed with mutations is lab, with mist keeper becoming much, much more difficult with sickness especially during green with the green damage
I may have tried the dino on a higher shard where the scaling felt off, or maybe the squishies were just under-geared, but largely agree there’s no need to change dino really. Some of us were just wondering if at T6+ minion scaling was a little too high.
Regarding metas, we came up with entirely different strats for T7 and T8 Forest with the exact same weekly mutations (didn’t beat timer on either). So far the weekly mutations have mostly affected how we pull trash mobs, and which dungeons we avoid. Not touching Mist Keeper with Sickness for example. One of the most enjoyable part of shard dungeons has been coming up with a new plan before each challenging run. On Saturday we had a competition to see who’s alt mage was the best decurser, losercom won with his level 10 and decursed Squiddie like an Elkstar.
Haha well I’m basing this in part on what dungeons I see people actually running vs not running in the logs. Which is why it’s good to know what everyone actually thinks of it.
