Trial 1 Sicilus will not talk after the first answer is given

After providing the first answer in Trial 1 there is no marker to talk to Sicilus and she doesn’t respond to waves. The quest log shows I need to talk to her still.

I have tried both bug fixers (go to cemetery, end combat) and I have logged off/on 10+ times in a row to try and reset her. I have also fully closed the game multiple times.

Are there additional things I can try to get the dialogue options for her?

She added a new quest in your book to complete before she’ll talk to you again.

It appears in my haste of flipping through the pages I missed the new quest as it was added to the right of my current quests.
