You must be in PVP to engage in combat.
Everyone gets a guaranteed cape, a chance at a pet, and a chance (guarantee?) at a trickster token spawning in the chest.
Immediate PVP royal rumble starts after the goblin is killed and it continues all the way back to Highsteppe.
