I get to the screen with “Your characters” and “Access @” button, but no character names.
After clicking it a lot of times and the game “helpfully” telling me what the trigger is for, I look at my desktop and it has an unable to login message. (Side note, that’d be a great message to see in the HMD)
It tells me to quit and reload the game but no joy. Is there somewhere I can nuke my credentials and re-add them or any other troubleshooting I can do on my side?
It sounds like there’s either a bug on our end or your computer is unable to access our server for some reason. It should be showing you a login screen.
