Hello!
The new talent system is a fantastic addition to gameplay, but I’m not actually noticing any difference in damage output for basic attacks when enemies are stunned via shield bash (listed as a 25% increase in basic attacks and wound damage). I have noticed differences in wound damage.
I’ll post a gif later today with the #'s, but in the meantime can any of you other warriors out there confirm whether this is the case or I’m just being silly and not reading numbers correctly?

Oh okay, well assuming you mean 1 AM US time, then yeah it was definitely broken then, give it another try and it should be fixed, sorry about that. If you try it again and it’s still broken let me know. Thanks!
