What about having custom capes for high level/prominant fellowships? where you could upload a design and have it put into a guild cape?
Thats cool, so players will know which guild is the best

Riley responded to this in his most recent interview with Master Shadow. To sum up: not right now. The cape is meant to show off your achievements, the thing you are most proud of. There will be a lot more in game when it officially launches and you have your fellowship tag under your name to show it off.
Possibly at some point in the future though.
