What is an Axolotol?

What is an Axolotol? It is needed for the Drink of Ithecac potion. My best guess is a fish or something found in the wilds.

An Idea of where to look would be great. Is it a drop from a monster? I want to start hunting for the things seen with the Drink of Ithecac but I only have 2 left from questing.
